Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current SLP licensure or eligibility for licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, though Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply
- Experience providing speech and language services within school environments
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with educators, students, and families
- Ability to adapt therapy interventions to individual student needs
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and reassessments as needed
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain detailed records and progress notes aligned with district and federal regulations
- Work in partnership with multidisciplinary Teams on student evaluations, IEP development, and service delivery
- Involve families and teachers in supporting speech-language progress in daily activities
- Attend case conferences and contribute to ongoing professional learning
