Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current SLP licensure or eligibility for licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, though Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply
  • Experience providing speech and language services within school environments
  • Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with educators, students, and families
  • Ability to adapt therapy interventions to individual student needs

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and reassessments as needed
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain detailed records and progress notes aligned with district and federal regulations
  • Work in partnership with multidisciplinary Teams on student evaluations, IEP development, and service delivery
  • Involve families and teachers in supporting speech-language progress in daily activities
  • Attend case conferences and contribute to ongoing professional learning
