Whether you’re a seasoned SLP-CCC or looking to complete your Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CF), your expertise and compassion will shape students’ futures. The school environment is collaborative, supportive, and encourages creative approaches to therapy.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathology license (Virginia or eligible for reciprocity)
  • SLP-CCC or SLP-CF welcome to apply
  • Experience working with elementary-age students preferred
  • Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapy skills
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities
  • A passion for helping children achieve communication goals

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy to elementary school students in individual or small group settings
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Adapt therapy techniques to meet the diverse needs of students
