This contract opportunity invites driven Speech-Language Pathologists with CCC to provide transformative therapy services to a welcoming community in the Middle River area. Collaborate with educators and families to help students reach their full potential in a caring school setting.

Role Highlights:

  • Full-time schedule: 35 hours per week
  • Manage a focused caseload of 22 students
  • Conduct evaluations, develop and implement IEPs, and deliver direct therapy
  • Foster meaningful progress through individualized and small group sessions
  • Work closely with teachers and families to support students’ communication goals
  • Utilize creativity and compassion to motivate and engage students of varied backgrounds

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • Active SLP license in Maryland
  • CCC certification
  • Previous experience in a school setting is beneficial, but passionate new grads are welcome
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
