Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFs will be considered
  • Previous experience working with children and adolescents in school settings is a plus
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Effective communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities Include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Creating and implementing targeted therapy interventions in individual and group settings
  • Collaborating with teachers, support staff, and families to support students’ progress
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
  • Contributing to IEP meetings, providing professional input and recommendations
  • Supporting students across grade levels with a wide range of speech and language challenges
  • Participating in staff meetings and ongoing professional development opportunities
