Key Qualifications and Skills:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Active state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Prior experience working with school-aged children highly valued
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) addressing students’ speech and language needs
• Provide therapy services, adapting approaches to meet diverse student goals
• Consult with educators and families to integrate strategies both in and out of the classroom
• Maintain up-to-date student documentation, progress reports, and compliance with all relevant regulations
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a supportive school community
