What you’ll bring:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology; current state licensure or eligibility.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Previous experience in a school setting strongly valued.
  • Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and documentation.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  • Compassion and adaptability to meet the needs of students from various backgrounds.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders.
  • Design and deliver individualized and group intervention plans.
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and caregivers to support student progress.
  • Maintain timely and accurate records, including progress notes and IEP updates.
  • Participate in team meetings and share insights to foster a positive learning environment.
  • Offer classroom strategies and professional guidance to colleagues.
