You’ll empower approximately 50 students by delivering compassionate, tailored speech and language therapy as part of a multidisciplinary team committed to making a difference.

Ideal Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active SLP license or eligibility for licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcomed
  • Previous experience in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
  • Demonstrated expertise in teletherapy, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), and evidence-based interventions for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Comfortable working both onsite and via teletherapy as needed

Responsibilities Include:

  • Assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, voice, and communication disorders for a diverse K-8 caseload
  • Designing and implementing individualized therapy plans based on IEP goals
  • Collaborating closely with special education teachers, paraprofessionals, and families to ensure continuity of care and progress
  • Maintaining comprehensive, timely documentation for each student in compliance with program and district standards
  • Actively contributing to IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Adapting therapy delivery methods to meet each student’s unique needs, including the use of teletherapy platforms if required
