Key Qualifications:
- Hold or eligible for SLP licensure
- Open to SLPs with CCC or CFY status
- Background in providing speech/language therapy in a school setting
- Familiarity with direct and indirect service delivery models
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Compassionate approach to supporting diverse student needs
Core Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ speech and language abilities using appropriate diagnostic tools
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student IEPs
- Deliver engaging and effective direct (face-to-face) and indirect (consultative) therapy services
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Complete all required documentation and service logs within scheduled work hours
- No additional responsibilities outside of contracted times—no bus duty, playground supervision, or parent pickup requirements
