Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Arizona State SLP License
- Valid Arizona SLP Educator Certificate
- Current IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience delivering school-based speech and language services
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct individualized assessments for preschool and Child Find referrals
- Develop and implement engaging, effective therapy sessions
- Manage a varied caseload; assignments may include higher numbers of evaluations or direct therapy, depending on program needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support teams to create comprehensive service plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all educational and legal requirements
- Participate fully in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
