School Speech Language Pathologist - Glendale, AZ

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist and make a meaningful difference in students' lives! This role is ideal for experienced SLPs with their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). You'll serve a caseload of approximately 60 students across 1-2 schools for a vibrant educational community near Glendale, AZ.

This assignment runs through late May 2027, with an immediate start. As a valued part of the school team, you'll provide essential speech and language services to students, collaborating with educators and families to foster positive outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active SLP license (Arizona state licensure or ability to obtain)
• ASHA CCC or current CFY status
• Previous experience in school settings strongly preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
• Commitment to evidence-based intervention and student growth

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations, develop and implement IEPs, and provide direct therapy services
• Maintain accurate documentation and assessment data in line with school policies
• Collaborate closely with general and special education teachers, parents, and other professionals
• Participate in IEP meetings and student-focused teams
• Support students in developing communication, language, and social skills
• Provide consultation and resources for staff and caregivers as needed
