Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Glendale, California

This position welcomes experience in teletherapy, clinical fellow year (CFY) candidates, and those familiar with both traditional and healthcare-oriented speech therapy. Your expertise will help students with a broad spectrum of speech, language, and swallowing challenges, working alongside a committed multidisciplinary team to ensure student success.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA or CCC-eligibility
• Licensure or eligibility for licensure in Georgia
• Experience in school-based therapy preferred; teletherapy and healthcare experience valued
• Familiarity with AAC devices
• Previous IEP process involvement appreciated, but not required

Core Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose communication and swallowing disorders in students
• Design and implement individualized therapy plans using evidence-based practices
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
• Work cooperatively with educators, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to maximize student outcomes
• Offer support and guidance to SLPA staff when appropriate
