Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Valid California SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
• Previous experience delivering speech therapy services in a school or pediatric setting strongly preferred
• Familiarity with IEP processes, documentation, and diverse treatment methodologies
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality, student-centered interventions

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
• Deliver direct therapy sessions and consultative support tailored to each student’s goals
• Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, special education professionals, and families to promote speech and language development within the educational setting
• Maintain timely and thorough documentation, attend IEP meetings, and participate in multidisciplinary team discussions
