Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current, valid SLP license in California (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, CFYs encouraged to apply
• Experience working in school settings and familiarity with the IEP process
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligning with students’ IEPs
• Provide direct therapy services one-on-one and in groups
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing progress updates and recommendations
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports per district and state requirements
• Educate school personnel and families on strategies to support communication needs
• Support a positive and inclusive learning environment
