Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Holds or is eligible for SLP licensure; ASHA CCC or is completing their CFY
• SLPA candidates with relevant school or healthcare experience encouraged
• Experienced in traditional on-site, teletherapy, or hybrid service delivery
• Prior work with pediatric or school-age populations highly valued
• Effective communicator and team player, comfortable engaging with diverse backgrounds
• Adaptable and proactive in managing schedules, caseloads, and documentation
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional growth

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and interpret results to shape individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver personalized speech, language, and communication interventions to students
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student progress
• Maintain strong, timely documentation and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing insight and expertise
• Utilize teletherapy platforms when needed to reach students remotely
• Stay current with best practices and relevant regulations in school-based speech therapy
