Qualifications:

  • Valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC or CFY) or SLP Assistant
  • Experience in school or healthcare settings (preferred)
  • Proficiency delivering direct and consultative speech/language therapy
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Comfort with completing evaluations, developing IEP goals, and maintaining documentation
  • Adaptability to both onsite and teletherapy service methods
  • Passion for making a positive impact in the lives of children and adolescents

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, and implement therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to optimize individualized student support
  • Conduct screenings and comprehensive evaluations
  • Document progress and maintain records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
  • Support students in both individual and group settings, tailoring interventions as needed
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting
  • Serve as a resource for staff and caregivers regarding communication development
