Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP license (or eligibility) in Wyoming
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings is an asset
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide direct therapy to students
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to design and implement support strategies
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing student evaluations
- Offer guidance and consultation to staff and families regarding communication disorders and best practices
- Adapt services and interventions to meet the diverse needs of students
