Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid SLP license (or eligibility) in Wyoming
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings is an asset
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide direct therapy to students
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to design and implement support strategies
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing student evaluations
  • Offer guidance and consultation to staff and families regarding communication disorders and best practices
  • Adapt services and interventions to meet the diverse needs of students
