Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current SLP license or eligibility for licensure in Wyoming
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, though strong CFs are welcome to apply
  • Previous school-based experience or a passion for working with children and adolescents
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, diagnose speech and language disorders, and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct therapy services to students with communication needs in individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary staff to optimize student support
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and document progress
  • Offer guidance and resources to educators and families to maximize student success
  • Maintain accurate records and stay current with best practices in school-based speech therapy
