Soliant seeks an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist for a fully remote contract role serving schools across Minnesota. This virtual opportunity allows you to make a meaningful impact by supporting PreK-12th grade students who need your expertise in communication and language development. Key Qualifications:
- Valid Minnesota SLP license (active or pending)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC)
- Minimum of 2 years’ prior school-based SLP experience
- Proficiency with technology platforms, webcam use, and basic troubleshooting
- Ability to pass technical and internet speed assessments
- Annual liability insurance coverage (minimum $500K/$500K)
- Background in SLP (healthcare, pediatric, school, teletherapy) or SLPA roles preferred
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver virtual speech and language therapy to students (PreK-12 options)
- Conduct evaluations, develop and implement IEPs, and document student progress
- Foster communication between students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Offer both direct therapy and indirect consultation/services as outlined by the district
- Maintain compliance with state, district, and professional standards
