Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Glenwood, Minnesota

This contract role is designed for passionate professionals ready to provide virtual services for students from PreK through 12th grade in the upcoming 24/25 school year.

You’ll help assess, diagnose, and treat children with a variety of speech and language challenges, tailoring therapy approaches and collaborating closely with educators and families to maximize every student’s growth and communication potential. What you’ll bring:

• Minnesota SLP license (active or pending activation)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC)
• At least 2 years of school-based SLP experience (CFYs welcome!)
• Strong background in pediatric teletherapy, assessments, and interventions
• Familiarity with basic technology platforms, webcam, and virtual engagement tools
• Ability to successfully complete a technical screening and internet speed test
• Professional liability insurance coverage of $500,000 per occurrence/$500,000 annually

Your role will include:

• Managing diverse caseloads (PreK-12), conducting tele-assessments, and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Documenting progress, maintaining compliance standards, and developing collaborative relationships with teachers and families
• Participating in team meetings and supporting IEP development and implementation
• Utilizing your SLPA or SLP skillset in both healthcare and educational settings
