School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Glorieta, New Mexico

Make an impact on students’ communication skills as an onsite contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in a supportive school setting. This full-time opportunity—starting August 3, 2026, and continuing through May 20, 2027—offers two openings for professionals passionate about working hands-on with children and making lasting change in their educational experience.

Desired Qualifications:

• Hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Eligible for state licensure as required for practice in educational settings
• Comfortable working exclusively onsite
• Previous experience in school-based roles is preferred, though not required
• Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy, assessments, and interventions for students across various age groups
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
• Communicate progress and recommendations clearly to teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Manage documentation and reporting in compliance with federal, state, and district requirements
• Provide guidance and support in classroom strategies to facilitate communication and language development
• Caseload and classroom assignments are structured based on your experience and preferences, ensuring a best-fit match
