With two positions available, you’ll have the chance to collaborate and share knowledge with fellow specialists.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current SLP-CCC certification
  • Previous experience in a school setting (preferred)
  • Familiarity with school-based documentation and compliance
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with students, staff, and families
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere

Responsibilities

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and administration to optimize educational outcomes
  • Deliver both direct and consultative therapy services in accordance with each student’s IEP
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports according to school and state guidelines
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, student-centered culture
  • Provide guidance and education to families on supporting communication development at home
