Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current or eligibility for SLP licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows welcome to apply (CF supervision provided)
  • Previous experience in a school, pediatric, or healthcare setting is a plus
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
  • Comfort working with K-12 students who have a range of speech and language needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and deliver direct and consultative therapy services
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to help students achieve communication goals
  • Document student progress and maintain compliance with all state, federal, and district requirements
  • Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
