Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

  • Current or eligible state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
  • Experience in pediatric and/or school settings is highly desirable
  • Understanding of IEP development, progress monitoring, and documentation best practices
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy to K-12 students with a variety of needs
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and contribute to IEP meetings
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary colleagues to support student success
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines
  • Participate in professional development and training as needed
  • Supervision for CF candidates is available, ensuring strong mentorship and growth
