School Speech Language Pathologist - Golden, CO

You will supervise a Clinical Fellow, dedicating 6 direct and 6 indirect hours each trimester, ensuring their growth and success.

Qualifications:

• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Previous school-based SLP experience strongly preferred
• Experience supervising or mentoring SLP Clinical Fellows (CF)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Current state licensure as required for school settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert speech-language services as needed within the school environment
• Provide consistent and thorough supervision for an SLP CF, including scheduled direct and indirect hours each trimester
• Document, review, and provide feedback on the Clinical Fellow’s progress
• Collaborate with other educational staff and families to support student outcomes
• Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and district policies regarding SLP practices
