You’ll collaborate closely with educators and families, gain exposure to diverse workplace practices, and guide a Clinical Fellow as they enter the profession, sharpening your leadership and supervisory skills and further enhancing your resume.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current SLP-CCC certification
  • Experience in school-based speech therapy preferred
  • Qualified to supervise SLP Clinical Fellows (CF)
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide six scheduled hours of direct supervision and six hours of indirect supervision per trimester for an assigned SLP CF
  • Offer professional feedback and mentorship as the CF develops clinical competencies
  • Collaborate with special education teams and support student speech/language needs
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and licensing requirements
