Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Previous experience in a school setting or with younger children preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and administrators
  • Compassionate approach and enthusiasm for promoting student growth

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and identify speech, language, and communication disorders in PreK-2nd grade students
  • Develop and implement effective therapy plans tailored to individual student needs
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state requirements
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students’ IEP goals
  • Provide direct therapy services, screenings, and consultations
  • Offer guidance and resources to staff and families on communication strategies
