Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid SLP license in the state (Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required)
  • Experience providing therapy and evaluations in a school setting preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication skills
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans targeting age-appropriate objectives for PreK-2nd graders
  • Maintain detailed documentation of progress, report writing, and data collection in compliance with school requirements
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to maximize student success
  • Attend IEP meetings, contribute to team planning, and provide guidance on communication strategies within the classroom
  • Engage in regular professional development and stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology
