Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Strong understanding of evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Exceptional organization and documentation abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in students
- Develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals tailored to student needs
- Provide direct and consultative speech therapy services in both individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to optimize learning outcomes
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation for progress reports and compliance
- Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and school initiatives
