Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities
• Passion for working with middle and high school-aged students

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to assigned students, addressing a broad range of speech, language, and communication challenges
• Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with school teams and families
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and evaluation reports
• Consult and collaborate with teachers and other educational staff to integrate communication goals within the classroom
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
• Support and mentor new grads as part of a collaborative environment
