Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in Tennessee
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with students, staff, and families
- Ability and enthusiasm to work with a diverse caseload spanning grades 6–12
- Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable to changing needs
- Open to new graduates—mentorship and support available
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations, screenings, and assessments to identify student needs
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and implement evidence-based therapy
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy for students with various communication and language disorders

- Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
