Bring your expertise in speech-language pathology to a rewarding contract position supporting preschool and Child Find programs in a vibrant school-based setting. You’ll play a vital role in helping students reach their communication goals while collaborating with a supportive team of professionals. The role is full time, with multiple openings available for the 2026-2027 school year.

Qualifications:

  • Active state Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
  • SLP Educator Certificate (current)
  • Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Previous experience in school, preschool, or Child Find settings is highly valued

Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite speech-language therapy services to a varied caseload of preschool students
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized education plans, and document progress
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators and families, to support student outcomes
  • Split caseload responsibilities based on evaluation or therapy needs (evaluations: ~30 students, therapy: up to 60)
  • Maintain timely records, progress notes, and compliance with state and district regulations
  • Contribute to Child Find screenings and eligibility assessments
