A contract opportunity is available for a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to support students ranging from kindergarten through 8th grade for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time, onsite role is designed for those eager to apply their expertise in a school setting near Goodyear, AZ. The position offers a collaborative school environment where you can positively impact students’ communication abilities in both group and individual sessions.

Key Requirements:

  • Valid Speech Language Pathology license and IVP Clearance Card
  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or equivalent credentials
  • Eligible to provide direct and indirect services to K-8 students
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in a school-based setting preferred, though not mandatory
  • SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or relevant pediatric SLP experience is advantageous

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop individual education plans (IEPs) tailored for each student based on their specific needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students’ progress
  • Document session notes, progress, and recommendations according to school and professional standards
  • Deliver services in compliance with federal and state regulations
