Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current SLP or SLP-CCC certification required
  • Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations is highly desirable
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to create individualized treatment plans and effectively document progress
  • Familiar with a variety of assessment tools and intervention strategies

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver diagnostic and therapeutic services to students with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in coordination with other educational professionals
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
  • Maintain accurate records, evaluate student progress, and report data as required
  • Attend meetings, contribute to multidisciplinary teams, and participate in ongoing professional development
  • Provide both direct therapy and consultative services as specified by student needs
