Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid SLP licensure and CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
• Experience working with pediatric populations in a school-based setting
• Ability to supervise SLPAs and support their ongoing development
• New graduates (CFY) with strong credentials are also encouraged to apply
• Proficiency in conducting comprehensive speech and language evaluations
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to students according to their IEP goals
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine students’ needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapeutic treatment plans
• Supervise and mentor two SLPAs, providing guidance and feedback
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure holistic student support
• Document services and progress in compliance with school and legal requirements
