In this role, you'll serve as a valued member of the speech-language team, supervising two dedicated SLPAs. Qualifications and Experience Desired:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), open to strong Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
  • Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads
  • Confidence in conducting evaluations and developing individualized intervention plans
  • Familiarity with best-practice communication interventions in an educational context
  • Comfortable supervising and mentoring SLPAs
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer thorough speech-language evaluations across elementary and secondary grade levels
  • Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to students
  • Provide mentorship, supervision, and feedback for two SLPAs
  • Maintain comprehensive and compliant records of student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service staff to foster student communication outcomes
