In this role, you will supervise two talented Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs), guiding their professional growth and collaborating to deliver high-quality intervention and assessment. The focus will be on conducting thorough speech and language evaluations, shaping individualized plans for a diverse school-aged population.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows considered (SLP-CFY)
  • Previous experience in school-based settings or pediatrics is highly valued
  • Experience supervising or mentoring SLPAs helpful, though not required
  • Ability to conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee and support two SLPAs, providing mentorship and professional guidance
  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
  • Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to support student progress
  • Participate in student support meetings, contributing expertise to the school community
