School Speech Language Pathologist - Goshen, IN

A fantastic opportunity awaits speech-language professionals seeking a rewarding contract role supporting students. This long-term substitute position starts September 14th and extends through March 1st, 2027, serving a caseload of 41 students, including 1-2 at a local alternative education center. While SLP-CCC credentials are ideal, consideration will also be given to SLPAs if a qualified supervisor can be arranged.

Key Qualifications:

• Current SLP-CCC licensure OR eligibility as an SLPA (with a supervisor)
• Prior experience supporting school-age students in educational settings is highly valued
• Strong knowledge of speech, language, and communication disorders
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group speech/language therapy to a diverse student population
• Assess and document student progress, maintaining thorough and accurate records
• Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to each student’s needs
• Consult with teachers and other educational staff to support inclusive learning
• Travel within the local area to service students at all assigned sites, including the alternative education center
• Attend relevant meetings and contribute insights on student achievement and progress
