Step into a rewarding contract opportunity working with students from PreK through 12th grade for the 2026-2027 academic year. This dynamic role spans the school year from August 10, 2026, to May 28, 2027, and offers a consistent weekly schedule of 30 hours, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 am to 3:00 pm. You'll support an engaging and diverse group of approximately 150 students with a mixed caseload while collaborating with fellow professionals.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current SLP license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Experience supervising Speech-Language Assistants (SLAs)
  • Background working in school settings, preferably with PreK-12 students
  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
  • Passion for working with a diverse student population

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy to students across grade levels
  • Supervise and support the work of 3 Speech-Language Assistants (SLAs)
  • Manage and prioritize a mixed caseload, ensuring students’ IEP goals are addressed
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop effective student plans
  • Maintain thorough documentation, progress tracking, and compliance with school policies
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Foster a supportive, student-focused environment that nurtures communication skills
