Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid and active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Prior experience serving in a K-12 school setting, ideally elementary caseloads
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
- Excellent documentation and communication abilities
- Comfortable delivering all services in-person and collaborating onsite
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for eligible students
- Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to elementary students, both in individual and group settings
- Monitor student progress, maintain detailed records, and provide ongoing feedback
- Communicate clearly with families and staff regarding intervention plans and student needs
- Participate in staff meetings, IEP meetings, and ongoing professional development as required
