Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state SLP license (or eligibility)
- CCC-SLP preferred (new graduates welcome)
- Experience in a school setting, preferably elementary
- Knowledge of or interest in AAC devices
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for elementary students with limited communication skills
- Implement individualized intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and education professionals
- Support students’ development through innovative AAC strategies
- Maintain required records and documentation
