Qualifications:

  • Active Louisiana SLP license is required
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience in school-based settings highly valued
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Comfortable traveling between assigned school sites
  • Ability to provide high-quality therapy to diverse student populations

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services to preschool and high school students
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and document progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families for student success
  • Maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state requirements
  • Travel as needed between designated school sites within the district
