Exciting opportunity for an experienced Speech Language Pathologist for a full-time contract position during the 2026-2027 school year. This role involves collaborating with students from PreK through 12th grade, supporting their communication and language development needs. The ideal candidate will hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and have experience working in a school environment.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Valid state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous experience working with school-aged children (PreK-12th grade)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports for each student
- Consult with school staff to support classroom and school-wide communication strategies
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in individual and group settings
- Stay current on best practices and continuing education in speech-language pathology
