Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP license for Michigan, or eligibility for licensure
- Ability to work effectively with students from 3rd to 12th grades
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates and SLP-CCC professionals welcome
- School-based experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented mindset and a passion for supporting student development
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Deliver targeted interventions in individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and IEP compliance
