Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Michigan
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Previous school-based SLP experience, preferably with early childhood/preschool
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
• Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with young children

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech/language therapy and assessment for students in early childhood and preschool settings
• Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with educational teams
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate results to parents and team members
• Deliver therapy sessions onsite—remote or virtual work is not available for this role
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student support plans
