What You Bring:

  • Current Speech-Language Pathologist license (SLP) with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Prior experience working in schools and/or with early childhood or preschool populations
  • Strong understanding of evidence-based practices in speech-language pathology
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff
  • Ability to maintain thorough documentation and comply with school-based processes

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with communication needs
  • Provide direct therapy services to children in early childhood and preschool settings
  • Conduct assessments and interpret results to inform service delivery
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure optimal student support
  • Track student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary to achieve goals
  • Participate in meetings, professional development, and school-based initiatives
