Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship (CFY) eligibility
  • Current state license (or able to obtain before start)
  • Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
  • Familiarity with autism spectrum support and resource room models
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver targeted speech and language services to a caseload of five elementary students within an autism program
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments and IEP goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to promote student progress
  • Maintain detailed records and participate in IEP meetings as required
  • Provide guidance and strategies to classroom staff for supporting communication needs
  • Adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse learning and behavioral profiles
