Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship (CFY) eligibility
- Current state license (or able to obtain before start)
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
- Familiarity with autism spectrum support and resource room models
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver targeted speech and language services to a caseload of five elementary students within an autism program
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments and IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to promote student progress
- Maintain detailed records and participate in IEP meetings as required
- Provide guidance and strategies to classroom staff for supporting communication needs
- Adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse learning and behavioral profiles
