School Speech Language Pathologist - Grand Haven, MI

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP license for Michigan or eligibility for licensure
• CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required
• Prior experience in a school setting, preferably working with elementary-aged students
• Ability to adapt therapy plans to meet a variety of cultural and individual learning needs
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and provide direct and consultative speech-language services to students
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student communication and academic development
• Deliver high-quality therapy sessions onsite at elementary schools and non-public schools within district support
• Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with district and state requirements
• Participate in team meetings, contributing to student progress discussions and educational planning
