Desired Qualifications:

  • Current Speech-Language Pathology license
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for CFY
  • Background in pediatric care, particularly in a school or healthcare setting
  • Knowledge of assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based intervention techniques
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Core Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to foster student growth
  • Collaborate with educational staff and families to support progress and inclusion
  • Contribute to IEP meetings, documentation, and progress reports
  • Utilize a variety of engaging techniques tailored to each student’s strengths and needs
  • Maintain records in accordance with school policies and professional standards
