Desired Qualifications:

  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Valid SLP licensure for Michigan or eligibility to obtain
  • Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • Committed to evidence-based practices and tailored interventions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging speech-language therapy to students based on individual education plans (IEPs)
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and re-evaluations to determine student needs
  • Document progress, maintain accurate records, and complete all required reports
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to student planning
  • Consult and provide resources to staff and parents regarding communication disorders
