A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support a school setting in Grand Junction, CO. This role involves providing direct speech and language services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade, offering a diverse and mixed caseload. Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist credentials with the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Eligibility for or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience or ability to manage a mixed caseload across K-12 grade levels
- Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with students, families, and school staff
Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized speech-language therapy services aligned with student IEPs and educational goals
- Monitor and document student progress thoroughly and maintain compliance with school protocols
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Participate in meetings and contribute to the development of communication interventions and prevention programs
