A contracted Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for an elementary school setting to provide specialized support to students with moderate to severe communication needs. This role is available from January 1, 2026, through March 7, 2026, and offers a professional opportunity for those experienced in school-based speech therapy to work with a manageable caseload in a supportive environment.

Location:

  • Grand Prairie, TX area (North Keller region)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy services to students with moderate to severe needs
  • Manage a caseload conducive to providing focused, individualized interventions
  • Collaborate with educators and staff to support student progress
  • Participate in on-site work with one day per week remote work flexibility
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of services and student progress

Desired Qualifications:

  • Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP preferred)
  • Experience in school-based speech-language pathology settings
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to student-centered therapeutic approaches

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
