Support students as a full-time Speech Language Pathologist in a vibrant K-12 school setting for the 2026-2027 academic year. This in-person contract opportunity is perfect for professionals passionate about guiding children toward their fullest communication potential. Desired Background & Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required
  • Eligibility for (or possession of) CCC-SLP or active Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
  • Consideration given to SLPAs with relevant school-based experience
  • Experience with pediatric populations across K-12 strongly preferred
  • Understanding of IEP writing, goal setting, and data collection
  • Excellent collaboration and communication abilities with students, families, and colleagues
  • State licensure (or ability to obtain prior to start date)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students in individual and group settings
  • Assess, diagnose, and create treatment plans for a variety of speech-language and communication needs
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to goal development, document progress, and ensure compliance with state/federal regulations
  • Partner with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student success
  • Adapt therapy approaches for diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds
