Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current or eligible SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA licensure in Texas
• Experience or strong interest working in pediatric populations within school settings
• Familiarity with IEP processes and assessment procedures for K-12 students
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families
• Commitment to providing equitable access and advocacy for all learners

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individual and group speech-language therapy to students in K-12
• Assess, diagnose, and develop tailored treatment plans to address a range of communication disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to support each student’s progress
• Maintain accurate documentation, perform evaluations, and contribute to IEP meetings
