Bring your expertise in Speech-Language Pathology to support students as an onsite contract professional, working with elementary and some middle-grade learners in a thriving district near Grand Prairie, TX! This opportunity spans through the end of May 2027 and is designed for dynamic SLPs passionate about both evaluation and case management, with a touch of therapy work when the need arises.

Expect a collaborative atmosphere with a manageable caseload focusing on both monolingual and bilingual students. You’ll play a pivotal role in assessment, planning, and supporting student progress. Four positions are available—providing the perfect environment for professionals who thrive in team-based school settings.

Desired Credentials & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current Texas SLP license required
  • Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • School-based experience with elementary and/or middle school-aged students
  • Bilingual abilities are highly valued for two of the available positions
  • Strong background in evaluations, case management, and IEP processes
  • Committed to onsite delivery of services (remote/voco not available)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete comprehensive speech-language evaluations
  • Develop and manage individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Maintain accurate records and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions as needed
  • Communicate progress and recommendations with parents and staff
  • Support inclusive educational environments and promote student success
