Make a meaningful impact supporting elementary-aged students as a bilingual Spanish Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in a rewarding contract role. This position offers the chance to provide specialized language and communication services for children from Pre-K through 5th grade, working alongside a collaborative educational team.

Key highlights:

  • Contract opportunity near Grand Prairie, TX
  • Start date: As soon as possible; ends May 27th
  • One opening available for a bilingual Spanish SLP
  • Full-time hours: 37.5 per week, Monday through Friday
  • Workday: 7:45 AM to 3:45 PM
  • Single building assignment (elementary level)
  • Manage a caseload of approximately 65 students

Qualifications and experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
  • Experience providing SLP services in a school setting preferred
  • Comfort working with PK-5 student population
  • Strong collaboration, documentation, and communication skills

Key responsibilities:

  • Assess speech, language, and communication needs of elementary-aged students
  • Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to individual student needs
  • Provide direct therapy services, both individual and small group
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to support student success
  • Maintain compliance with all documentation, IEP, and regulatory requirements
  • Deliver culturally responsive and engaging interventions for dual-language learners
