Step into an exciting opportunity as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist supporting elementary students in Texas. This contract position, available immediately and running through the end of the school year, features a flexible hybrid schedule—four days on campus with one day remote each week. You'll play a crucial role in helping young learners strengthen their communication skills, working closely with teachers, families, and a dedicated educational team.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Texas SLP license
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Pediatric and school-based SLP experience preferred
  • Familiarity with healthcare and IEP processes
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver both direct and consultative speech and language therapy services to an elementary caseload
  • Conduct assessments, write and implement individualized education programs (IEPs), and monitor student progress toward goals
  • Collaborate with educators and parents to maximize student support and outcomes
  • Complete timely documentation including progress reports and Medicaid billing, as needed
  • Contribute in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary conferences
