Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current (or eligible for) SLP licensure in Michigan
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY considered
  • Previous experience in school settings is advantageous
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to fostering positive outcomes for students with diverse needs

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports according to school and regulatory standards
  • Provide direct and consultative therapy services in accordance with student IEPs
