Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Experience or interest in working with students in elementary, middle, and high school (grades K–12)
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language diagnostic and therapy services to students in grades K–12
  • Develop and maintain individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and families
  • Conduct assessments, write reports, and track student progress
  • Collaborate with classroom staff to integrate speech-language strategies into daily instruction
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
  • Communicate regularly with parents, caregivers, and school stakeholders regarding student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
