Qualifications and Experience:
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Experience or interest in working with students in elementary, middle, and high school (grades K–12)
- Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language diagnostic and therapy services to students in grades K–12
- Develop and maintain individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and families
- Conduct assessments, write reports, and track student progress
- Collaborate with classroom staff to integrate speech-language strategies into daily instruction
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
- Communicate regularly with parents, caregivers, and school stakeholders regarding student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
