Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current state licensure or eligibility as an SLP
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but strong CF candidates are welcome
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is advantageous
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to develop and implement effective, individualized therapy plans

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assessments, direct therapy, and consultative services to students with a variety of speech and language needs
• Develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and actively participate in IEP meetings
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other school professionals to support each student’s success
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in accordance with state and local guidelines
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy in both individual and group settings
• Offer training and support for classroom staff when needed
