School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Granger, Indiana

Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students’ communication and language needs from September 14th to March 1st, 2027. This position is perfect for an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA, with available supervision), looking to make a difference in a school-based setting near Granger, IN.

You’ll serve a caseload of 41 students, including a small group at the alternative education center in Goshen. Your expertise will directly impact students’ achievement and personal growth in a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
• Prior experience providing speech and language services in a school setting preferred
• Skilled in evaluations, IEP implementation, and evidence-based intervention
• Collaborative approach with staff, students, and families
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage diverse caseloads
• Comfortable working with students across elementary to secondary levels

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to students on the assigned caseload
• Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and establish treatment goals
• Collaborate with educators and support staff for effective intervention
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Provide progress updates to parents and participate in IEP meetings
• Travel between main campus and the alternative education center as needed
