Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
  • School experience preferred, but strong clinical SLP skills in other settings will be considered
  • Comfortable working onsite and collaborating with educators, families, and team members
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) in accordance with best practices
  • Provide direct therapy services to K-12 students based on identified needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student progress
  • Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Offer consultative services and resources to school staff and families as needed
  • Stay current with professional development and evidence-based practices
