Key Qualifications and Background:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP license required; CCCs preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) will also be considered
- Pediatric and K-12 school-based experience highly valued
- Experience delivering speech and language therapy both in-person and through teletherapy platforms
- Strong organizational and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Compassionate, student-centered approach with excellent communication skills
Responsibilities in This Role:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide speech-language therapy to K-12 students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in compliance with school protocols
- Partner with teachers, administrators, and families to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Maintain thorough documentation and participate in student progress meetings
- Adapt therapy delivery to meet virtual or in-person learning environments
- Support students’ academic and social development through targeted communication goals
