Key Qualifications and Background:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid SLP license required; CCCs preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) will also be considered
  • Pediatric and K-12 school-based experience highly valued
  • Experience delivering speech and language therapy both in-person and through teletherapy platforms
  • Strong organizational and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Compassionate, student-centered approach with excellent communication skills

Responsibilities in This Role:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide speech-language therapy to K-12 students
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in compliance with school protocols
  • Partner with teachers, administrators, and families to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Maintain thorough documentation and participate in student progress meetings
  • Adapt therapy delivery to meet virtual or in-person learning environments
  • Support students’ academic and social development through targeted communication goals
